This double flaker machine is composed of one steel belt cooler ,overflow weir feeder and transfer drive system . The liquid products solidifies to one even layer on the steel belt ,which is cooled by spraying water .At the end of the cooling belt end , one crusher breaks the solidified layer into small irregular flakes . Double layer cooling belt are wised used to reduce the covering area and improve the cooling and heating exchange efficiency ,so it is the ideal flaker processing equipment for chemical ,food and other products.
